Overview

What it does

  • See representative local clocks across Canada.
  • Explore aggregate activity based on Statistics Canada time-use distributions.
  • Inspect the data model and source information alongside the visualizations.

Getting started

Explore the data

A browserNo account required
  1. Open the site and compare representative local clocks across Canada.
  2. Inspect the activity model and public-data panels. The activity estimate uses aggregate Statistics Canada survey profiles.
  3. Check the displayed build timestamp and source notes when using a figure. Direct API checks and saved build snapshots have different update schedules.

The time-use model covers the ten provinces. Territories appear as clock and data context, and are excluded from that activity estimate. The site does not track individuals.
